From the stands

Why the River Stand is never quiet.

Three generations of my family have sat in the same block. The club still knows our names, and the kids now walk out as mascots.

Ruth A.Season-ticket member since 1987

I moved here for work and knew nobody. Two home games later I had a group of mates, a scarf and a reason to love Saturdays.

Diego F.River Stand regular

My daughter joined the academy at seven. The coaching is brilliant, but it is how they look after the players off the pitch that stands out.
