Gin, plum-infused vermouth and Italian bitter, stirred over one clear block of hand-cut ice.

Gold Rush Spritz

Apricot aperitivo, dry sparkling wine, soda and a sprig of lemon thyme. Light, golden and made for the lounge.

Midnight Paloma

Blanco tequila, pink grapefruit, lime and a pinch of sea salt, topped with grapefruit soda.

Alcohol-free

Garden Party

Cucumber, mint, elderflower and lime, lengthened with soda. All of the ritual, none of the alcohol.

A cocktail bar before the club wakes up.

Start the night in low light and velvet. Our bartenders mix from a back bar of 200 spirits while a pianist plays until the decks take over at ten. Happy hour runs every evening until 8pm.

Your own booth, above the dance floor.

Twelve velvet booths ring the floor and the mezzanine. Choose your booth on the floor plan, pre-order bottles and mixers, and a host meets you at the door, skips the queue and looks after your table all night.

    Cocktails in the lounge, champagne at the deco bar, zero-proof any time.

  4. Dance

    Resident DJs and live acts until 3am. We'll call your ride home.
