Screen printing vs DTG: which print method is right for you?
Quantity, colours and fabric decide the best print method. Here is how we choose for every order.

Screen printing pushes thick ink through a mesh screen, one screen per colour. It is unbeatable for bold spot colours and runs of 24 pieces or more. DTG (direct to garment) prints like an inkjet onto the fabric, which makes it perfect for photos, gradients and one-offs.
Our rule of thumb
- Under 24 pieces or full-colour artwork: DTG.
- 24+ pieces with up to six colours: screen printing.
- Caps, polos and workwear: embroidery.
