The tap list
Craft beer brewed twenty steps from the bar.
Our core range is always pouring, with seasonal and barrel-aged releases rotating every week. Every beer on this list was brewed, fermented and kegged in this building.
Pilsner
Harbor Light
A crisp Czech-style pilsner, lagered for six weeks. Bready malt, floral hops and a clean, snappy finish.
Raspberry sour
Tide Pool
A tart kettle sour with a mountain of raspberries. Bright, jammy and refreshingly sharp.
Oatmeal stout
Night Watch
A silky oatmeal stout with roasted coffee, cocoa and a hint of brown sugar. Served on nitro.
West Coast IPA
Mooring Line
A bright, bitter West Coast IPA with pine resin, grapefruit and a bone-dry finish.
Amber ale
Red Buoy
An autumn amber ale with toffee, toasted bread and a touch of stone fruit. Easy, warming, moreish.
Barrel-aged stout
Old Salt
Imperial stout aged two years in bourbon barrels. Vanilla, dark caramel and toasted coconut. A sipper.
Alcohol-free pale
Low Tide
Our alcohol-free pale ale: all the citrus and hop aroma, none of the alcohol. Always on tap.
Tasting flights
Four tasters, one paddle, zero regrets.
Can't pick just one? Build a flight of four 5oz tasters from anything on the board. Our bar team will walk you from the lightest lager to the darkest stout and tell you the story behind each pour.
- Any four beers from the board
- Served light to dark on an oak paddle
- Buy cans of your favourite on the way out
Grain to glass
How every batch is brewed in house.
Four steps, three weeks and a lot of tasting. Nothing is contract brewed, and nothing leaves the building until the brewers are happy with it.
Mash
Malted barley, oats and wheat are milled and steeped in hot water to release their sugars.
Boil & hop
The sweet wort is boiled and hopped in stages for bitterness, flavour and aroma.
Ferment
Our house yeast works for one to three weeks in the conical tanks behind the bar.
Keg & pour
Each batch is tasted, kegged cold and poured within days at the taproom.
What's on
Trivia, live music & food trucks every week.
Something on most nights of the week. Free events need no booking; tours and tastings sell out, so grab a spot early.

From the bar stools
What our regulars are saying.
The Lighthouse IPA is the freshest hazy I have had anywhere. You can taste that it was in the tank last week.
We booked the mezzanine for my fortieth. The team set up a custom flight for every table and the food truck stayed late.
Came for the brewery tour, stayed for trivia. Friendly brewers, great stories and a raspberry sour I still think about.
